Shot 1.93  The runner

WE ARE WORKING ON SCENE 1. Everything happens on this page. Nothing is written on any other scene page.

scene -> shot -> key frame

This is where you ask for things. Tick a key frame for a breakdown into background and foreground, or for a change, say what needs to change, and press the button at the bottom. Marko gets an email.

1 key frame in this shot. The one marked represents the shot on the scene page.

THE INSPECTION PRINCIPLE, and it applies to every approved frame from here. Take the frame as it already is, change nothing in it, and lay ONE photorealistic magnifying glass over it with the handle running off the bottom edge so it reads as held from outside the shot. Only what sits BEHIND the lens grows: four or five times up, filling the circle with almost no empty glass, every pencil stroke readable. The lens distorts like real glass, the lines bowing toward the rim with a refracted fringe at the edge, and the magnified image does not line up with the drawing outside it because the glass displaces what is behind it. NEVER a second glass, never a small figure beside a big one, and never a redrawn subject. Each inspection frame sits immediately after the frame it inspects. Sits with 1-4-D-v3 on the scene and breakdown pages rather than on the front page storyboard, because it is built from that frame and a pair split across two pages is not a pair. HELD 3.9.2026: not placed by the running order Baba dictated for scene one, which keeps the leg inspection only. Kept and not cut. One edit puts it back.
