KEY FRAME 2 of 3. Close on the feet, which say runner faster than a face does and keep the face back for shot 1.1. One shoe landed flat and heavy with dust lifting, the other dragging low and barely clearing the ground. It also sets the film's method: look closely at the thing everyone thinks they already understand. NOTE: the shoes are modern trainers rather than the 1923 racing shoes on the character sheet. Cheap to correct if the period matters. SUPERSEDED 3.9.2026 by 1-0-B-v2. Wrong legs: mid stride in modern trainers, while the man in 1-0-C-v2 is sliding down in thin flat heeled shoes.
