Two earlier attempts came back in pencil because every sentence described a pencil drawing and one sentence asked for colour, so the drawing won. The prompt that worked names the two materials as separate things, calls the key PAINTED rather than coloured, gives three tones instead of one, states the contrast as the point of the picture, and puts all of it first rather than last.
